Developmental difficulties can display themselves physically, emotionally, academically or behaviourally. The causes can be manifold. Each element will impact on the other. Only with a thorough assessment can we begin to separate the causes from their subsequent effects. It can be hard to know which professional can provide the answers. Because we use a range of assessments and therapeutic tools, we can help families prioritise where to start.    

However, it is important that a medical assessment is also carried out by a GP, or Paediatrician, to rule out other medical issues. Nutritional needs may also need to be assessed.
